English IV - Bell Ringer (On-Demand)

Next week you will be taking your last state test of your high school career. List the steps you will take when answering your on-demand writing prompt.

  3. pre write, depending on what they ask pick a side, make a thesis statement, and for the paper have an opening paragraph 3 paragraphs for your reasons, and a closing paragraph. then last read it over and check for errors.

  6. First when you start your gonna want to pre-write and then you need to write a thesis statement. After you get that you need 3 points for each reason you gave in your thesis statement. Then at the end of the paper you want to wrap the paper up with your conclusion.

  8. first i would determine my purpose and audience, then I would make a short prewrite using a thesis statement and 3 supporting ideas. Then I would start my answer using the prewrite and adding in a conclusion paragraph and check for grammar and spelling issues.

    1)Tell your audience the meaning of your paper. finish your first paragraph with your thesis statement
    2)Take your three supporting reason for your opinion on the subject and put that into three paragraphs.
    3)Finish the paper by summing everything up.
